September 20:	Last day to submit the Application for Degree for a Fall 2011 degree [Please visit myUK and click on Student Services / myRecords / Graduate Degree Application.]
September 20:	Last day to submit a Notification of Intent to receive a Fall 2011 doctoral degree
November 17:	Last day to submit the online Final Examination request to receive a Fall 2011 degree
December 01: December 16:	Last day to sit for a Final Examination to receive a Fall 2011 degree Last day to submit a thesis or dissertation to receive a Fall 2011 degree

Graduating Students...

For the Graduate Commencement Ceremony on Sunday, May 8^th, graduating master’s and doctoral students are invited to apply to serve as the student speaker at this ceremony.  In past years, the student speaker has been a representative from the undergraduate class.  Now that the ceremonies are separated, graduate students also have this opportunity.  The graduate student chosen to address the graduates will be included in the platform party.
