Your Average Nigga: Performing Race, Literacy, and Masculinity (Wayne State UP 2007). He is also Editor of
From Bourgeois To Boojie: Black Middle-Class Performances (forthcoming, Wayne State 2011) and Co-Editor of
Code Meshing as World English: Policy, Pedagogy, Performance (forthcoming NCTE 2011). He is an Associate Professor of English, Rhetoric and African American Studies at the University of Kentucky."
