The Office of Academic Services in the Graduate School is sponsoring a series of informational sessions on submitting the electronic thesis and dissertation (ETD) electronically.
There is and has been a movement in higher education to move away from the paper submission of these documents to the electronic submission. The advantages of the electronic submission are numerous (increased visibility, improved presentation, world-wide access, lower printing and copying cost, and increased attention to the student’s work). The submission guide can be found here.
Interested students are encouraged to attend one of the sessions listed below:
- 9/20/12 from 3:30-4:30 PM
- 10/22/12 from 2:30-3:30 PM
- 11/13/12 from 3-4 PM
All sessions will meet in the WT Young Library's Alumni Gallery. Advance registration is not required.
