Leadership Fellows Program - The NACA Leadership Fellows Program is an opportunity for NACA members of underrepresented ethnicities to become familiar with the Association's governance, programs and professional development opportunities at both the regional and national levels. The intent of the program is to help increase the diversity of the Association's leadership. One fellow is selected from each region to serve a one-year term (May 1-April 30) and become actively involved in learning about NACA and its various leadership opportunities. Fellows will be paired with mentors. Open to graduate students or new professionals in the field three years or less. Fellows are required to attend the 2011 NACA National Convention.
